Experience
Ömer Çollak has been with the firm
since 2003. He was with a California based firm for three
years before joining Paksoy. Ömer concentrates
on equity and debt capital market transactions, securities
and mergers and acquisitions. He is a member of the American
Bar Association, Assembly of Turkish American Associations
and Darüşşafakalilar Association. |
