Experience
Serdar Paksoy is the founding
and senior partner at Paksoy. Throughout his experience of
more than twenty years, he has regularly advised foreign investors
doing business in Turkey. His practice focuses primarily on mergers
and acquisitions, private equity, securities, privatisation, energy
and infrastructure and project finance, as well as litigation and arbitration.
Serdar Paksoy is a listed arbitrator
from Turkey for the International Arbitral Center of the Austrian
Federal Economic Chamber. He is a member of the International Bar
Association; British Chamber of Commerce in Istanbul; Swedish Chamber
of Commerce in Turkey, Association of Fellows and Legal Scholars of
the CILS, Austria (Honorary Member); Corporate Governance Association
of Turkey; and DEIK (Turkish External Economic Relations Council).
